Sample NIH Data Management and Sharing Plans

The following are examples of completed Data Management and Sharing (DMS) Plans for research projects in a variety of scientific disciplines and domains, including more than 20 NIH-issued sample data management plans

Where to Find Sample DMS Plans

While your DMS Plan should be specific to your research project, sample DMS Plans can provide a sense of what others have included in their plans. Creating and customizing a DMS Plan for your research project is required and will maximize its value to you and all stakeholders.
