NIH Data Sharing and Reuse Seminar Explores FaceBase Data Resource

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) seminar, coming August 9, 2024, at noon Eastern on Zoom, is titled, "FaceBase: Empowering Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research Through Data Sharing and Reuse."

Presenters are:

  • Dr. Robert Schuler, Senior Computer Scientist and Lead Scientist at the University of Southern California (USC) Information Sciences Institute.
  • Dr. Jifan Feng, Research Associate at the Center for Craniofacial Molecular Biology, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, USC.

They will introduce FaceBase, a trusted data resource for research and education on craniofacial and dental development, malformations, and diseases. The seminar will show how FaceBase facilitates data sharing, analysis, and interpretation to accelerate discoveries in the field.
